Everyone keeps asking as we are 7 days out if I’m scared and the answer I always give is no. I always say no knowing that faith over fear and knowing I have to trust God in times of uncertainty has made me know God would never lead me down a path he has clearly called me down. I’m sad of course because I will be leaving my family and everyone I love for 9 months but I know that God has called me to this for a reason. This trip is exactly where God has called me and all tho I don’t know why he has or for what purpose I know it will magnify him. I would not trade this opportunity for anything and I’m just so grateful I get to go on this trip!
