Hey everyone! I wanted to share details with you about one of our ministries, hospital prayer! The hospital is such a cool place to do ministry and definitely one of my favorite places to go! While at the hospital we visit babies, kids, and adults who are all there for different conditions. We may visit a woman who just delivered a baby, which gives us the opportunity to pray blessings over the baby and a speedy recovery for the mother. We may go to a children’s hospital room who has been diagnosed with Dengue Fever from mosquitoes. Visiting a child has been the most difficult for me. When we were there last week we prayed over this little boy who was in tears due to the pain he was in. He was so angry because he wanted to go home but he was unable to because he was still running a fever. I asked if I could lay hands on him as we prayed healing over him, but he said no. He was so frustrated he said he didn’t want prayers, he just wanted to go home. His mom, who was also tearful, said we could pray for him. As we prayed over him his tears slowed down and his demeanor changed. We were so thankful his mom allowed us to pray for him!

We are seeing God work in the lives of the local people and in our lives as we are His hands and feet.

Please be in prayer for my Squad as we continue to do what God has called us to do and for all the local people who are currently waiting months for medical care.

I am still in need to financial support in order to continue on my journey. Please consider making a donation here: https://adventuresinmissions.servicereef.com/events/adventures-in-missions-3/staff-support-1949817727/participants/kaleya-evans

  1. It is great to hear about hospital ministry, we are praying for the folks you will encounter and for you all as a team. My hope is that they see Jesus through you all. We will also pray for your fundraising efforts

  2. Keep praying, stepping out in boldness and loving the people right in front of you! This is awesome!

  3. That’s the thing about the race, you find out you like things you never would have dreamed of doing. To enjoy hospital work is to have compassion, empathy and desire to help people with their illnesses…ever thought of pursuing nursing? Prayers for the Kingdom work you’re doing for the local people and funding for your continued journey in respect to the work.
